The AVG cart is a feature full multi-cart system for the Atari by tmp user.
I picked one up just to play the amazing new game Flob, which is available only as a CAR file. The AVG cart arrived from Slovakia in about 10 days (to the East coast). No docs, just the cart! After a little searching around the AA thread led me right to the amazing Doc created by Mr. Robot. The AVG home page has the latest updates for the cart, which is needed to enable the save feature of Flob!
